Silver Oaks Community Development District
The Silver Oaks Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on October 13, 2021 by the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 21-036 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Silver Oaks CDD encompasses an area of approximately 126.725 +\- acres , entirely within unincorporated St. Lucie County, Florida., as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities. The land within the District is generally located approximately 0.8 mile east of the intersection of Prima Vista Boulevard and US Highway 1.
